I'm a Keynote speaker, a diversity, equity and inclusion consultant and a  facilitator, focused on making things fairer for all. My aim is to empathically question the structures around us, and ask the question; 'How could we make this kinder?'. Whether I am speaking, facilitating or consulting, kindness and joy are at the centre of my practice teamed with my core concepts: Honesty, Empathy and Congruence.
