Who am i?
"Holding ourselves and others accountable with empathy and kindness is where the most powerful work happens"

My Work
I'm an equity, diversity and inclusion professional who has spent the last decade working towards creating fairer and safer spaces for marginalised folks.

Many things brought me to this work, including my lived experience; I am a queer, fat jewish woman who lives and thrives with ADHD, Dyslexia and mental health challenges. I was raised by a holocaust survivor and her daughter (my mother and grandmother) and so themes of inherited trauma and equity have always been present in my life.

I believe that oppression and marginalisation are part of wider power structures that affect us all, and so I do everything I can to dismantle them.

Ethos: Empathy
"Holding ourselves and others accountable with empathy and kindness is where the most powerful work happens"
We live in a time of significant unrest and polarisation. Historical injustices are being acknowledged, and the complicity in harmful structures is a tough truth to face.

My work is rooted in my experience of systemic injustice and empathy for others facing inequality. Maintaining empathy is crucial for collective healing.

Accountability and empathy are often seen as mutually exclusive, but I believe they can coexist. Holding ourselves and others accountable with empathy and kindness is where the most powerful work happens. Empathy is challenging but central to my practice.

Ethos: Congruence
"Congruence means embodying the values I promote"
Carl Rogers, a Humanistic Psychologist, defined congruence as the alignment between a person's ideal self and actual experience.

For me, congruence means embodying the values I promote. My background in Applied Psychology, inspired by Carl Rogers, emphasizes the importance of genuine belief in positive and empathetic interactions for effective change.

I strive for authenticity in my practice, embracing ongoing learning and mutual growth with my clients, aiming for continuous improvement for all involved.

Ethos: Honesty
"True change requires honesty with ourselves, our organisations, and our relationships."
Unfailing honesty is a tricky concept.

Sustainable change requires deep honesty and self reflection.

In my consultancy, this means open and realistic audits, reviews, and recommendations. In my speaking, I bring my full self to every topic. In my consultancy, I encourage reflective honesty among participants.

I aim to create spaces where everyone feels safe to be their true selves, fostering trust and protection in their honesty.
