Keynote SPEAKING
Throughout my career I have been honoured to to speak for a wide variety of organisations on topics that are all rooted in my core values: Honesty, Empathy and Congruence.

My talks are engaging, evidence-based and thought-provoking. In addition, despite often covering difficult topics, I aim for my talks to be engaging, uplifting and motivating. I achieve this through: tangible recommendations, a dynamic approach and impactful presentations.

No matter who I'm working with, whether it be the BBC, to Oxford University Press to The Guilty Feminist, my work is thoughtful, empathic, kind and encourages people to be their best selves.
